    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using buyrmbgh.com and the services provided by BuyRmb GH ("we," "our," "us"), you ("user," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Description of Service

    BuyRmb GH provides a platform for users in Ghana to purchase Chinese Yuan (RMB) and fund Alipay and WeChat Pay accounts using Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) or Bank Transfer.

    We act as an intermediary facilitating the exchange and transfer. We are not a bank, financial institution, or licensed payment service provider in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

    3. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old
    • You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts
    • You must be located in Ghana or otherwise authorized to use our services
    • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and transactions

    4. Account Registration

    • You must register with a valid email and phone number
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • One account per person; multiple accounts may be suspended
    • We may require KYC verification for certain transaction volumes

    5. Exchange Rates & Fees

    • Exchange rates are displayed in real-time and may fluctuate
    • The rate at the time of order confirmation is locked for that transaction
    • Our rates include a spread/fee over the mid-market rate
    • No hidden fees — the amount shown is the total you pay
    • Bank transfer fees (if any) are borne by the sender

    6. Transaction Process

    1. Order Creation: Enter amount, upload Alipay/WeChat QR code
    2. Payment: Pay via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer using provided details
    3. Verification: Submit transaction ID from your payment confirmation
    4. Processing: We verify payment and fund the target account
    5. Completion: RMB delivered to Alipay/WeChat; notification sent

    Typical completion: instant to 15 minutes after verification. Delays may occur due to network issues, bank processing, or compliance checks.

    • Telecel Cash (formerly Vodafone Cash)
    • AirtelTigo Money
    • Bank Transfer (Ghana Commercial Bank)

    Account details are provided per transaction. Only pay to the exact account shown.

    8. Limits

    • Minimum: GHS 50 per transaction
    • Maximum: GHS 50,000 per transaction
    • Daily/Monthly limits may apply based on verification tier

    9. Refunds & Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled before payment verification
    • Once RMB is funded to Alipay/WeChat, refunds are not possible (irreversible transfer)
    • Failed/expired orders: funds refunded to your wallet or original payment method within 5 business days
    • Disputes: Contact support within 24 hours with evidence

    10. User Obligations

    • Provide accurate QR codes and account details
    • Pay the exact amount shown using the specified account
    • Submit valid transaction IDs only
    • Do not use the service for illegal activities (money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion)
    • Comply with Ghana and China financial regulations

    11. Prohibited Activities

    • Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse
    • Automated scraping, botting, or API abuse
    • Reselling or commercial redistribution without agreement
    • Attempting to bypass verification or limits
    • Any activity violating Ghana or China law

    12. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, logos, and software on buyrmbgh.com are owned by or licensed to BuyRmb GH. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

    13. Disclaimers

    • Service provided "as is" and "as available"
    • No warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
    • We are not liable for third-party service outages (Alipay, WeChat, mobile money networks, banks)
    • Exchange rates are indicative; final rate confirmed at order

    14. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyRmb GH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

    15. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold BuyRmb GH harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

    16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Accra, Ghana, under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act 2010 (Act 798).

    17. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or extended inactivity (12+ months). You may close your account anytime via settings or by contacting support.

    18. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
